1. The customer is required to fill in the necessary information needed in the order form. You will get notification from us containing the guideline on how to buy (with acc number) via e-mail or sms.
2. The items that you ordered will be processed after proof of payment is provided.
* (E-mail to us the copy or MMS the payment slip if you paid by ATM Machine; for Online Transaction please SAVE your payment slip in simple IMAGE file format (JPG/PDF) or doc file and e-mail to us)
3. The items ordered will usually be ready and delivered 2 weeks after payment. (Note that Tracking Number will be given to you after we had mailed your order)
4. Any delay in delivery will be informed to the customer via e-mail or sms.
5. Cancellation after payment been made will not be entertained.
6. For customers who wants a customized order can upload their pictures or graphics in the area provided in the order form.
7. Any inquiry regarding your order can be asked through e-mail, sms or call our contact no. provided in our blog.
